IT for organisations in Wierden.

For offices and businesses too big to do it on the side, and too small for a manager of their own.

Ten workstations, no administrator

Wierden has many businesses with five to twenty workstations: an accountancy office, an installer, a trading company on Weuste. Too little work for an employee, too much to leave alone. We do the management for a fixed amount a month, and you talk to the two people who carry it out.

What we do in Wierden

Workplace and collaboration

Microsoft 365 with two-factor authentication for everyone, and laptops that set themselves up when someone starts.

Network and security

A firewall that is kept up to date, wifi that works throughout the building and a guest network for visitors.

JevanaFiles

Files in one place, with a backup, instead of on the laptop of whoever happened to make them.

Between Almelo and Rijssen.

Wierden adjoins Almelo, with Weuste-Noord as a business park on the north side of the village. Enter belongs to the same municipality and has a page of its own. Our servers are in Hengelo; for work at your office we come by.

Questions

Isn't IT management too big for a Wierden firm with eight workstations?

No, it is exactly the size it is meant for. With eight workstations nobody has it as a job, yet enough goes wrong not to leave it to chance. The monthly amount depends on the number of workstations, so a small office pays accordingly. You hear the amount before you sign anything.

What do you arrange when someone new starts at our Wierden firm?

You tell us who is starting and in which role. We create the account with the right licence and access, and make sure the laptop sets itself up at first sign-in. On the first working day, mail, files and programs are ready. When someone leaves, we do the reverse, on their last working day.

Can you check whether we pay too much for licences?

Yes. We lay side by side what is paid for and what is used: licences of staff who have left, a dearer tier where a cheaper one will do, subscriptions that overlap. You get a list of what can go and what it saves. You cancel yourself, or we arrange it with your approval.

Do you have a page for Enter as well?

Yes. Enter falls under the municipality of Wierden, but has business parks and a character of its own. That is why it is described separately. The services and the way we work are the same: management remotely, work on site by appointment, and your data on our hardware in Hengelo.

Tell us what you run.

An introduction costs nothing. You talk straight away to one of the two people who will actually do the work.
