IT for organisations in Borne.

For businesses in Borne that want their IT handled by people from nearby. Our servers are just over the municipal border.

Small business, everything sorted

Borne has many smaller businesses: an office with a handful of people, an installation firm, a company on Molenkamp. There is no IT department, and there does not need to be. One point of contact for laptops, mail, internet and website is enough, as long as that contact also does the work.

What we do in Borne

Questions

Is Jevana suitable for a small business in Borne?

Yes. You do not have to be a large organisation. An office with a few staff often needs nothing more than a well set-up Microsoft 365 environment, a reliable network and someone who keeps it up to date. You get a proposal with a fixed monthly price in advance, and we only arrange what you really need.

Do you come out to Borne?

Yes, when the work calls for it. Laying a network, installing a firewall or setting up new laptops we do on site. Day-to-day management and most outages we handle remotely, because that is usually quicker. What happens on site and what does not, we agree in advance.

Can you also build and host our website?

Yes. We build websites and online shops in WordPress and WooCommerce, and for larger shops in Magento. We host them on our own hardware and keep them up to date afterwards with updates and backups. That way your website and the rest of your IT share the same point of contact.

What if we already have an IT supplier?

Then we first look at what is well arranged, and we leave that alone. If you want to switch, we do it in a fixed sequence of steps with a trial move before anything is switched. If you only want a second opinion, that is fine too: sometimes the advice is that nothing needs to change.

Tell us what you run.

An introduction costs nothing. You talk straight away to one of the two people who will actually do the work.
