Report an outage.

Email [email protected]: what is not working, since when and for whom. Then we get to work.

The quickest way

  1. Check the status page first

It runs on a separate server outside our network, so it stays up when we are down. If it shows an outage, we already know and are working on it. You do not need to report anything. Go to the status page

  2. Email what you see

To [email protected]. Tell us what is not working, since when, for how many people, and include the error message or a screenshot if you have one.

  3. We keep you posted

You hear back from one of us, not from a ticket system. We tell you what we see, what we are doing and when it is fixed.

When we are there.

Office hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. During those hours we read reports and pick them up.
Outside office hours, with on-call
With an on-call agreement in your contract you can reach us in the evening, at weekends and on public holidays too. Your contract says exactly how.
Outside office hours, without on-call
Just email your report. We pick it up at the start of the next working day.

Found a security problem

Email [email protected] with what you found and how we can verify it. We read every report ourselves, reply in person and tell you what we do with it.

Do not make the problem public before we have been able to fix it. Go no further than needed to show it: do not view, change or delete anyone else’s data, and do not take services down. If you stick to that, we will not hold you liable or report you.

A question that is not an outage.
