Internet that stays up, a firewall someone manages.

A fixed line with 4G backup, a firewall that someone actually manages, and filtering against harmful sites.

The basics should simply be right

You mostly notice a network when it fails. We arrange the internet connection and manage the firewall. Filtering is in place, and we write down who is responsible for what. No loose end that only the previous administrator knew about.

What you get

Internet connections

We arrange the connection and deal with the provider for you.

  • Delivery of a new internet connection
  • Taking over and managing an existing connection
  • We call the provider, not you
  • We keep an eye on the connection

4G backup

If the fixed line fails, a separate mobile network takes over.

  • A separate 4G modem next to your fixed connection
  • Takes over automatically as soon as the fixed line drops
  • Set up and tested at handover, not at the first outage
  • Part of the same connection management

Firewall management

Your office firewall, with us as its permanent administrator.

  • Management of the office firewall
  • We carry out the updates
  • Rules and access are written down, so you can look up who may do what
  • Two-factor authentication on the management of the firewall itself

DNS filtering

A filter that stops harmful and unwanted websites before anyone clicks.

  • Blocks known harmful websites
  • Blocks categories you choose yourself
  • Works at office level: no settings needed on individual devices
  • An overview of what has been blocked

Sound familiar

  • The internet goes down and the whole office stops
  • Nobody knows the firewall password any more, or who last changed it
  • A colleague clicked a link that turned out not to be what it seemed
  • A new internet connection needs arranging and nobody has time for it

Who it is for

For an office that runs on the internet and wants to know who manages the firewall before something goes wrong. Also for anyone who needs a new internet connection, or wants to hand an existing one to someone who takes it over and looks after it.

What this is not

We do not offer separate NIS2 guidance or security training for staff. What we do: set up the technical basics, firewall, filtering and connection, properly and keep them documented, so you or your adviser can build on them.

Questions

What happens if our fixed internet connection fails?

With a 4G backup, a separate mobile network takes over automatically as soon as the fixed line drops. That backup is set up and tested at handover, not switched on at the moment the outage happens. Without a 4G backup, the office is down until the fixed connection itself works again.

Who manages our firewall, and who may change it?

We manage the firewall and write down who has which access, with two-factor authentication on that management itself. We carry out updates and rule changes. So you never have to work out who once changed a rule or where the password is kept.

What exactly does DNS filtering do?

DNS filtering blocks known harmful websites and categories you choose yourself, before a click can do damage. It runs at office level, so it covers everyone who goes online through your network, without setting anything up on individual devices. You get an overview of what has been blocked.

Can you arrange a new internet connection for us?

Yes. We deliver a new internet connection or take over an existing one, and from then on we deal with the provider for you. The same goes when you switch from another IT supplier: the connection moves over, together with everything else.

Do you help us with NIS2?

We do not offer NIS2 guidance as a separate service. What we do: get the technical basics in order, firewall management, DNS filtering and two-factor authentication, and document them. That gives you, or your adviser, a concrete answer to what has been arranged technically.

Tell us what you run.

An introduction costs nothing. You talk straight away to one of the two people who will actually do the work.
