Workplace and collaboration, set up and managed.
Microsoft 365 or JevanaHub, and laptops that arrive and work straight away.
We set it up. You work.
A new colleague needs a laptop that works straight away, with the right access and nothing extra. We prepare that automatically, for one laptop or for thirty. After that you manage it yourself, or we agree on management.
What you get
Microsoft 365
Email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, set up and secured.
- Email, Teams and SharePoint
- OneDrive for files and sync
- Security of your Microsoft environment, including two-factor authentication
- Setting up users and groups
- Licence management: who needs what, and who no longer does
- Ongoing management
JevanaHub
An open source alternative, on our own hardware.
- Files, working on documents together, chat and video calls in one place
- Runs on our hardware in the Netherlands
- You can always take your data and configuration with you
Setting up and rolling out laptops
Fully automated, with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- A laptop signs in and is ready to use, without anyone setting it up by hand
- All at once too: thirty laptops in one day is nothing unusual
- Settings, security and software are fixed in advance
- After that you manage it yourself, or we agree on management
When this comes up
- A new colleague starts, and nobody knows any more who should set up the laptop
- Licences nobody keeps track of, and nobody dares to cancel
- The move away from Google Workspace is coming, and nobody knows where to start
Who this is for
For an organisation that no longer knows who manages the licences, or where new colleagues wait too long for a working laptop. Also for anyone who wants to leave Google Workspace, or wants to be independent of one large supplier.
Open source on our own hardware
JevanaHub is not a cut-down version of Microsoft 365. It is a full alternative, and your data lives on hardware we manage ourselves.
More about JevanaHubQuestions
Do you also do Google Workspace?
No, we do not manage Google Workspace ourselves. We do guide the move away from it to Microsoft 365 or JevanaHub: we prepare the new environment and make sure your mailbox, calendar and files come along. Which of the two fits best, we decide together, based on what your organisation needs.
Do you provide day-to-day support for our staff?
No, we are not a help desk for every user question. We set up your workplace, roll out laptops with Intune and Autopilot, and manage the environment in the background. A colleague struggling with a laptop or Outlook goes to your own contact person or internal IT.
Can you set up thirty laptops in one go?
Yes, we do that regularly. With Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, laptops sign in by themselves and set themselves up: settings, security and software are fixed in advance. Nobody has to do anything to them by hand, not even with thirty laptops in one day. After that the laptop is ready to use.
What happens after the laptops have been rolled out?
After that you manage them yourself, or we agree on management as a regular service. We put that in writing in advance, so it is clear who handles updates, access, new devices and licences. That way the agreement grows with what your organisation can handle itself and what you would rather outsource.
Why JevanaHub instead of Microsoft 365?
JevanaHub fits better if you do not want your data with an American company, or want to stay independent of one supplier. It runs on our own hardware in the Netherlands, and you can always take your data and configuration to another provider. Microsoft 365 remains a good choice if it fits better with how your organisation already works: we advise what fits, not what earns us the most.
