What we don’t do.
- Be the cheapest.
- We are not the cheapest. That is the whole idea. You pay for management that is done right and a fixed monthly price, with no surprises afterwards.
- Answer every question every user has.
- We set everything up so there is little to ask. We handle outages and questions from your contact person; for "where is that button" we are not the right people.
- Sell something we don’t run ourselves.
- What we offer runs on hardware we know, or in a cloud environment we set up ourselves. Reselling and hoping for the best is not something we do.
