IT for organisations in Twente.
Workplace, network, hosting and websites, looked after by two people from the region. On our own hardware, so you know where your data lives.
Close by, when it matters
Most IT work we do remotely. Laying a network, installing a firewall or rolling out thirty laptops at once goes better on site, and then it helps when that is not a day trip. Our servers are in Hengelo, we work from Twente, and you always talk to someone who does the work.
What we do in Twente
Workplace and collaboration
Microsoft 365 set up and managed, laptops rolled out automatically with Intune and Autopilot. Or JevanaHub, if you would rather keep files and collaboration on hardware in the Netherlands.
Network and security
Internet, wifi, a firewall someone manages and a 4G backup for when the line goes down. Installed at your office, then looked after remotely.
Hosting and cloud
Servers, applications and backups on our own hardware in Hengelo. No American cloud company in between.
Websites and online shops
WordPress, WooCommerce and Magento, built, hosted and maintained by the same people.

Questions
Which towns in Twente do you work for?
For organisations across Twente, from Almelo to Enschede and from Borne to Oldenzaal. Most of the work we do remotely, so where your office is makes little difference. For work on site, such as laying a network or rolling out laptops, we come over. Organisations outside Twente are welcome too.
What kind of organisations do you help in Twente?
Mostly small and medium-sized organisations: offices, installation and manufacturing firms, online shops and companies with their own development team. Also web agencies that want to outsource their hosting. You have one point of contact for workplace, network, hosting and website, and that is the two people who also do the work.
Why choose an IT company from the region?
Because some things have to happen on site, and then you do not want to wait weeks for someone travelling from far away. A network, a firewall or a rollout of new laptops is done in person. On top of that, your data lives with us in Hengelo, on hardware we manage ourselves, and you can simply run into us.
How do you start working with Jevana as your IT partner?
With an introduction, which is free. We hear what runs at your organisation, what works and what rubs. Then we make a proposal with a fixed monthly price. If you choose us, we move you over in a fixed sequence of steps, with a trial move before anything is switched.
Can we reach you outside office hours?
By default we are available Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. If you want to reach someone outside those hours when something breaks, we agree on-call cover as a paid extra in the contract. Outages and maintenance are always published on our status page, which runs on a separate server outside our network.
Tell us what you run.
An introduction costs nothing. You talk straight away to one of the two people who will actually do the work.
