Move once. Then silence.

Switching to us goes in fixed steps, with a trial move before anything changes over. Your people keep working in the meantime.

Where you come from

  • Another IT supplier, or a system administrator who is stopping
  • Google Workspace, to Microsoft 365 or to JevanaHub
  • Microsoft 365, to JevanaHub (or the other way round)
  • GitHub or GitLab, to Forgejo
  • Another host, a standalone VPS or a server in the cupboard
  • A website or online shop from an agency that no longer does hosting
  • An agency’s entire hosting portfolio

Five steps, in this order.

  1. Inventory

We map what runs, who has access, which contracts are running and what their notice periods are. Often nobody knows exactly any more. That is why it starts here.

  2. Plan

You get it on paper: what moves, in which order, what will briefly not work, and what the move and the management afterwards cost. A fixed price, not an hourly bill after the fact.

  3. Trial move

We copy everything to the new environment and test it with a few of your people. The old environment keeps running; nothing has changed over yet.

  4. Switch over

At a moment you will notice least, everything changes over. Where possible the old environment stays up for a while, so we can go back if something unexpected happens.

  5. Aftercare

We check with you that everything works and tie up the loose ends. Only when you are satisfied do we clear out the old environment and do you cancel the old contract.

What we need from each other

What you get from us

  • A plan on paper, with a fixed price
  • A trial move before anything becomes final
  • A safety net to go back, where that is possible
  • A document describing what runs and how it works. Yours, even if you ever move on

For agencies that are done with hosting

We take over the whole portfolio. Site by site, with the same five steps. The agency keeps the client relationship and the margin; we keep the sites running.

Questions

Does everything stop during the switch?

No, usually you hardly notice. The trial move happens while your old environment keeps running. We plan the real switch for the quietest moment for you, for example at the end of the day or at the weekend. The plan tells you in advance what will briefly not work at that point.

What if something goes wrong during the move?

Then we go back to the old situation. That is why your old contract is only cancelled once everything works, and why the old environment stays up for a while where possible. The trial move exists to find problems before it counts. Whatever we run into during the trial, we fix before the real switch.

Do I cancel my current supplier myself?

Yes, the contract is in your name, so you cancel it yourself. We do find out which contracts are running and what their notice periods are, and we plan around them. That way you do not pay twice for nothing, and you are not left without a service because a contract ended too early.

What does switching to Jevana cost?

That depends on what moves, so it is in the plan you get up front. It shows a fixed price for the move and a fixed monthly price for the management afterwards. A first introduction costs nothing.

Can you take over just part of it?

Yes. You could take only your website or only JevanaHub from us, for example, and leave the rest where it is. What is well arranged does not need to move. We will tell you honestly if we think a switch gains you nothing.

Tell us where you are now.

Which supplier, which systems, what is pinching. Then we will tell you what the move would look like, and whether it gains you anything.
