Not every organisation wants a complete workspace. If you already have Outlook and Teams, or you just want to get away from Dropbox or a server in the cupboard, JevanaFiles is enough: the file storage of Nextcloud, set up and managed by us. If you want more later, we switch on JevanaHub in the same environment. Nothing has to move.

What is the difference between JevanaFiles and JevanaHub?
JevanaFiles is just the file storage: store, sync, share and restore earlier versions. JevanaHub is the complete workspace, adding office software, chat, video calls, mail and calendar. Both are built on Nextcloud and run on our own hardware. You can start with JevanaFiles and move up to JevanaHub later, without moving anything.
Can we use JevanaFiles alongside Microsoft 365?
Yes. Many organisations keep Outlook and Teams and put only their files in JevanaFiles. Your mail and calendar then stay with Microsoft, and your files live on our hardware in the Netherlands. We set it up so everyone logs in with the same Jevana account.
Where are our files stored?
On our own hardware, in a data centre in Hengelo. There is no American cloud company between your files and us. We make backups to separate storage, so a broken disk or a folder deleted by mistake is not the end of your files.
Can you move our files over from Dropbox, OneDrive or an office server?
Yes. We move your files and folder structure and bring over the permissions that apply now, so everyone sees the same folders as before. The old location stays in place until everything has been moved and checked. Only then do you cancel the old subscription, or do we switch off the old server.
Can we take our files with us if we want to stop?
Yes. JevanaFiles is built on Nextcloud, which is open source. Your files are ordinary files in ordinary folders, with no special format to get stuck in. You can always take them to another provider, to another Nextcloud host or to your own storage, whenever you want to.
