We are building a new premises in Enter. When should we bring you in?
As early as possible, while the layout is still on paper. Together with the installer we then decide where connections, access points and the patch cabinet go, before the ceilings are closed. We order the internet line straight away, as it has the longest lead time. Bring us in once the building is finished and you pay for what has to be added afterwards.
A customer asks our Enter firm about security. Can you help answer?
Yes. More and more clients send a questionnaire about access, backups and updates. We go through the list with you based on what is actually set up, and fill in what is missing. Usually it concerns two-factor authentication, a tested backup and an updated firewall. Afterwards you can answer the questions with something to back them.
Does Enter fall in your service area or in Wierden's?
In both: Enter is a village in the municipality of Wierden. We have a page of its own for it because the business parks by the A1 draw a different kind of firm from the village of Wierden. For the service it makes no difference: the same two people, the same agreements.
Can you take over the IT from our current supplier in Enter?
Yes. We ask the current party for access and documentation and go through what runs together. During the handover that party stays reachable for questions. Management only passes to us on the agreed date, once we can reach everything. You only have to give permission and choose the date.
