Jevana Systems is Kevin Tieman and Mans Ziesel.

Two people who run the IT of organisations, on servers we own.

What you buy is quiet.

IT management and hosting are usually sold as a list of specifications. What an organisation actually buys is that nothing happens. No phone call on a Sunday evening. No panic when a customer rings because the online shop is down. No evening lost to a migration that half works.

That is the job: keeping it running, keeping it secure and keeping it documented. That is why our promise is so short. No news.

The name fits. Jevana reads like the Sanskrit jīvana: life, what keeps living. We keep things alive. In a hospital a flat line is bad news. With us it is the best news there is.

Why our own hardware in the Netherlands

You know where your data is.

In a data centre in Hengelo, on machines we set up ourselves. When a client, an accountant or an insurer asks where your data lives, the answer is one sentence.

Dutch and European law.

Jevana is a Dutch company with no American parent. The data we host for you falls under Dutch and European law, and there is no foreign cloud provider in between.

A fixed price.

No bill that moves with data traffic, storage transactions or compute minutes. You know up front what it costs per month, and it stays that way until we agree otherwise.

We know the machine.

When something goes wrong, we are not waiting on a ticket with a hyperscaler. We know what is in the server, how it is set up and what to do.

Who you talk to

We started in 2026. That means no long client list to hide behind. It does mean you are not a number, and you always talk to someone who does the work.

  • Kevin Tieman
  • Mans Ziesel

No account manager in between, no call centre, no ticket number. Whoever you email, you get one of the two of us.

Tell us what you run.

An introduction costs nothing. You talk straight away to one of the two people who will actually do the work.
