IT for organisations in Tubbergen.

For family firms in building, engineering and farming, in Tubbergen, Albergen and Geesteren.

It has to work, and otherwise go unnoticed

A building firm in Albergen or a contractor in Geesteren has no interest in IT. It wants the planning to open, the invoices to go out and the backup to be there when the office laptop ends up in a ditch. That is exactly what we arrange, and as little as possible beyond it.

Advice

A sober look at what is there and what the minimum is to work safely.

In the villages, not the city.

The municipality of Tubbergen has its business spread over the villages, with the largest concentration in Tubbergen, Albergen and Geesteren. From Hengelo, where our servers are too, that is easy to reach.

Questions

What is the minimum IT for a family firm in Tubbergen?

The minimum is mail with a second step at sign-in, devices that update themselves, files in one place with a backup outside the building and a firewall that someone looks after. That is not a big project. It is the difference between an unpleasant week and losing ten years of administration.

Can you install wifi in a workshop or shed?

Yes. A shed with steel, machinery and long distances needs a different approach from an office. We survey first and place the access points where they are needed, with a cable to each. Equipment in the workshop gets a network of its own, kept apart from the administration.

A relative does our books from home. Is that safe?

Yes. The accounting package and the files are online and secured with a second step. The laptop used at home we take into management, so it is updated and encrypted. No connection to the company has to be set up, and nothing on the laptop itself is missing from the backup.

Do you come to Albergen or Geesteren?

Yes. For a first meeting and for work that has to happen on the spot, such as the network or new equipment, we come to the business. After that the management happens remotely. The distance to our servers in Hengelo is shown above and has no effect on speed.

Tell us what you run.

An introduction costs nothing. You talk straight away to one of the two people who will actually do the work.
