Can you build an online shop that also sells in Germany?
Yes. Both WooCommerce and Magento handle several languages, currencies and stores, and Magento is strong at that for larger shops. We set the shop up for the Netherlands and Germany, connect it to your stock and shipping, and host it on our own hardware. You supply the texts for your German customers yourself or have them translated.
Do you come out to Oldenzaal?
Yes, when the work calls for it. Laying a network, installing a firewall or rolling out new laptops we do on site. Day-to-day management and most outages we handle remotely, because that is usually quicker. What happens on site and what does not, we agree in advance.
Where does our data live when we work with Jevana?
In a data centre in Hengelo, on hardware that belongs to us. There is no American cloud company in between, and your data falls under Dutch and European law. If you work with German customers who ask where their data lives, you can give them a precise answer: in Twente, with us.
