IT for organisations in Hengelo.

Our hardware is in Hengelo. For your organisation that means your data is around the corner, and so are we.

Your server is in the same town

For most clients, Hengelo is where their data lives. For organisations in Hengelo itself, it is also where they work. That makes a few things simple: laying a network, replacing a cabinet of equipment or connecting a new branch is done on site, without a day of travel.

What we do in Hengelo

Network and security

A network for your office or industrial unit, with a firewall someone manages and a 4G backup for when the fixed line fails. Installed on site, then looked after remotely.

Workplace and collaboration

Microsoft 365 and Intune, or JevanaHub on our hardware. New laptops set themselves up automatically, even when there are dozens at once.

Hosting and cloud

Servers and applications on our own hardware, in a data centre in Hengelo. You know which machine your data is on and who can reach it.

Websites and online shops

A website or online shop hosted in the same town, and maintained by the people who built it.

Questions

Where in Hengelo are Jevana's servers?

Our servers are in a data centre in Hengelo. We do not name the data centre on the website. What matters: the hardware is ours, we manage it ourselves, and there is no American cloud company in between. Your data lives in the same town as your office, under Dutch and European law.

Do you visit businesses in Hengelo?

Yes, when the work calls for it. Laying a network, installing a firewall or rolling out laptops we do on site. Day-to-day management and most outages we handle remotely, because that is usually quicker than driving over. What happens on site and what does not is set out in the agreement.

Is hosting in Hengelo better than with a large cloud provider?

Not for everyone. Large cloud providers are strong when you need to scale worldwide. If you want to know where your data lives, who can reach it and who to call when something is wrong, hosting on our own hardware in the Netherlands fits better. We host in Hengelo and say so honestly when something runs better elsewhere.

Do you also work for organisations outside Hengelo?

Yes. Our starting focus is Twente, so besides Hengelo we work for organisations in Enschede, Almelo, Borne, Oldenzaal and the rest of the region. Organisations elsewhere in the Netherlands are welcome too. Most of the work is done remotely, and for work on site we make an appointment.

Tell us what you run.

An introduction costs nothing. You talk straight away to one of the two people who will actually do the work.
