Everything at our Delden business is on one computer. Is that a problem?
It is a risk. If that computer breaks, is stolen or gets infected, everything is gone at once. What helps is not complicated: move the files to a place with a backup, and the mail to a mailbox that stands apart from the device. After that a new computer is a matter of signing in.
May guests in my business use the same wifi as the till?
Preferably not. If the till or card terminal is on the same network as visitors' phones, one infected device can reach it. With a guest network, visitors get internet and nothing else. The same access points broadcast both networks; it is a setting, not a second installation.
Isn't monthly management too much for a shop in Delden?
